Teflex, at a low dehydrator temp. of 100-130 is not going to be a problem for people. You have to remember that some people (on this list even) follow diets that maintain that food itself becomes toxic and/or carcinogenic when cooked at all. I believe the concerns about Teflex at low temps came from them. It's all a matter of degrees of fastidiousness. I think there are wooden dehydrators that folks who want to go to that extra extra mile can get....
