I totally agree, we should not be pitting one against the other, I hope nothing I said here was interpreted as doing so. I love Claravale milk, and will continue to buy it, but I had a panicky day there (okay, maybe " panic " is too strong a word) when I thought I wasn't going to be able to get it anymore due to the misinformation and lack of information given to me by the stores I talked to, and then that pasteurization rumor. I think everyone who wants quality, raw dairy products to be available in all communities should call the likely stores in their area and request it, even if they say no, they can't/won't get it, keep asking and encourage your friends and family to do so. I think currently they're rbst-free, but feed conventionally. I'm glad to hear they may be going to organic feed, and I hope that may include more pasture.
