From the *peanut gallery: why wouldn't wet washing it and then

excapsulating it be better?

Environmental doctor from TX said to wet wash things so as not to

spread particles. Dry sanding seems it would scatter what ever it is

into fine particles hard to catch.

However I did have ice blasting done in my attic but attic floor was

sealed and we put exhaust fan on.

Do you think containment would be able to catch such fine particles as

you would get with dry sanding.

ly I'm beginning to think more houses should just be bulldozed the

more I read about this.
