I put it on her during the day and since I don't sleep much I put it on her during the night as well and that seems to keep her lips crack free and unchapped or at least helps heal her if they are cracked and chapped! Good for windburn on cheeks, chapped lips, thighs, hands and the diaper area! It is good for anywhere you need to promote healing and need a barrier from the wind, sweat or other types of moisture.
