Do you have NT? Follow the directions for cream

cheese, you end up with cheese and whey. You don't

need to add culture to the milk, but it goes faster if

you do.

No, this kind of advertising is not. It's spam. In

Sol's absence, I took the liberty of removing that

person from the list. Letting each other know about

sources of real food is fine, though.

Safety is addressed there. On the " What " page at

http://www.realmilk.com, click on the highlighted word

" propaganda " for a great article regarding the safety

of raw milk and how the public was hoodwinked into

believing pasteurization equals safety. Also on the

" What " page, click on the highlighted words " raw milk " ,

then at the bottom of that page, click on " more about

raw milk " for an article by Sally about the safety of

raw milk. Also click on the word " pasteurization " on

the " What " page for several more links. (Sorry I

can't give direct links to those pages, because the

site uses frames, so the url in the address line of my

browser doesn't change throughout the site. I'm too

much of a computer ignoramus to figure out how to

break out of the frames and find the exact address for

each page.) You can also access these from the

" Index " page, the titles are:

*Raw Milk by Dr. Tom Cowan

*Raw Milk versus Pasteurization

*Which Do You Choose?

*Why Milk Pasteurization by Bullet Darlington

(two parts, part two is listed above part one in the

index)

There are also other tidbits about safety in many of

the other articles there.

There are also a number of articles regarding the

safety of raw milk at http://www.rawmilk.org/ .
