Guest guest
Hi all, Just caught a feature on Channel 5 news (UK) about A1 and A2 milk and autism. Apparently there is a feature on their website giving details of the few farms in the country that may be able to supply A2. It is not available in the shops as there is not the demand and there have been no scientific studies in UK. Normal story there then. They featured a little girl with autism who was supplied A2 milk for two weeks with positive results. For those who may not know, A1 and A2 milk refers to different breeds of cattle and the proteins within the milk. A1 is the normal and A2 apparently has a different protein make up. In this case it was a particular sort of Jersey Cattle I think. I remember a lot of research going on in Australia some time ago.
