A thing I learned from Jim K. If you register yourself at pubmed (see

top right corner for that) and are signed in, there appears a lil link

or something next to the search entry. Once youve done a search, you

can use that link to set it up so you are automatically emailed

whenever a new paper is published meeting those search criteria.
