I find the D thing utterly confusing. I was ready to say that the anti-D camp was full of it, except perhaps for people with Sarcoidosis. But then my daughter comes home from Europe and starts feeling crappy within a week or so, then realizes she's using milk which is enriched with D & A. So we finally track down powdered milk that isn't supplemented (not easy to do) and her problems clear right up. She's definitely one of those people who does not do well with D and feels worse in sunlight. Coincidentally, I have another friend, who's health (and especially pain) improved quite a bit, when she started avoiding the sun. These are really the only 2 people I know who responded to reducing D in their diets, but strange that I know 2 at all. penny Windsor <rwindsor@...> wrote: Interesting in the light of past experiences of total abstinence from Vit D Regards Windsorhttp://www.abc.net.au/science/news/stories/2006/1815358.htm?health

Hi Penny

You kind of know me and I get better avioding sun and Vit D. I

occasionaly eat eegs and drink milk as a treat.

If Vit boosts immun system, it makes sense to try to modulate how much

inflammation you want.

There may also be other causes with ligth than Vit D. Look at the LED

therapi things. They do something

question is what ?

I don't give much for the current way of evidence med it's like looking

through a straw

and deciding how things are. There are exceptions.

You're right, Pert! I do know you! And I forgot that you're another person who does better without D/sun. On the flip side, there are the people who Ken Lassesen was working with who've improved by supplementing D. I personally found that it definitely can raise my temperature. But yes, you are right about trying to make sense of things. Not easy at all. No blanket theories seem to apply to much of anything. pennyPer Sjoholm <pts2grps@...> wrote: Hi PennyYou kind of know me and I get better avioding sun and Vit D. Penny,

A group member of swedish borrelia group stated that after viewing

Marshallprotocol video

she understood why her son got more involuntary muscle movement after

digesting Vit D capsules.

She realizes why to stay away from D.

I guess by boosting immun system it's possible to force the bugs backoff

a little and you feel better

for a time. Using Vitamin D and/or Sun light is one way of boosting the

immun system.

Using abx is an other way of modulating the immun system.

Remember what T M said about going up or down with abx dose to handle

immunreactions.

I have a friend that goes to Egypt(for Sunshine) for a week during

november to get better from ME/CFS.

He slow increases sun and physical activity during a week-10 days and

feels much better when coming home.

Are any of you still reading at the other message board? I understand

they have new guidelines on the importance of D avoidance. I don't

read there much, except on really slow, boring days.

In case Tony doesn't see this, I know his cousin has MS, and isn't doing that well. pennyhope0073 <hope0073@...> wrote: >> > This crap has been circulating for 20 years ..ALl of a sudden it's > front page again??? My cousin has been supplementing vit D for as
