Hi all,

Requested my son's health visiting notes and drug charts for his

vaccinations with names of drug companies and batch number of MMR.

This was requested in writing. I did not say under the Freedom of

Information Act as could not remember year. Any way I did this 1st

August.

Should have heard back by now? What can I do next if they are ignoring

me?
