Guest guest
I have borrelia, bartonella, babesia and strep and EBV. If you look into my throat I have tonsilitis and I am thinking that my lymph system is clogged and infected and needs work. I read Buhner suggest red root, but was wondering if anyone else has used it? Caryn, determined to get better!
Guest guest
Rebounding! Basically you just jump on a trampoline and at the top of each bounce, the negative G force opens the trapdoors on the lymph ducts. Not kidding - google it. It seems kind of weird, but it works! You can buy an expensive " rebounder " or just go to Walmart or Sportsmart and get a cheap $20 mini-tramp. The main difference is the bed tension and longevity. If you just want to try it out - then $20 isn't much of an investment. Get a better one in the future if it's working for you. I found a video on youtube of an elderly lady doing light bouncing on a mini-tramp with a handle. Sent it to my mother, so now she goes on the family's olympic sized tramp for a bit of a bounce every day on her way out to the washing line. She's 75 years old and says it's really revves her up. Gives the neighbors a bit of a laugh too I imagine..... ;-) My son does at least 100 bounces per day. I also do lymphatic drainage massage and dry brushing on the both of us. If you have a homeopathic practitioner - Pekana Iteres cream for topical app and Iteres drops for internal support. > > I have borrelia, bartonella, babesia and strep and EBV. Guest guest
Anyone knows a brand of Red Root tincture that does not contain grain alcohol or alcohol period? I want to avoid alcohol, or at least gluten. Thanks. Limin From: Jill Rege Sent: Saturday, November 15, 2008 11:08 To: BorreliaMultipleInfectionsAndAutism Subject: Re: Red Root? Or other way to clear lymph system? I have used red root--it's also supposed to be good for clearing cysts. For lymph you can also try arabinogalactan or larch bark. It's helps clean up the "gunk" in the lymph, for lack of a better, more scientific term. Dry skin brushing and lymph massage are also helpful. the cranial therapist we see says you can just brush your skin lightly with you fingers, moving in short strokes toward the heart. Do 5 strokes in each place before moving around/up. You can also start at the top of your head and move down, make sure you get your neck and your armpits where there are a lot of lymph nodes. It doesn't take that long. I also had good instructions for it in "The Fat Flush" excercise book by Ann Louise Gittleman. Jill "Every mighty oak was once a nut that stood its ground." Guest guest
I have been taking red root - I buy it powdered from 1stchineseherbs and encapsulate it myself, and I have also made tincture.I have borrelia and EBV and it has helped the lymph node swelling a ton. I used to get swollen lymph nodes in my neck constantly and they are gone.He also recommends the red root specifically for bartonella.I have borrelia, bartonella, babesia and strep and EBV.
