PJ asks: , how many years have you been sick? My son, age 33, developed Lyme symptoms at age 31 with bright spots in his brain. He took oral antibiotics for a couple of months, then went on the Zhang protocol with lots of garlic supplements. He is functioning fine, but I doubt he is really well. He's too busy to bother to get reevaluated. In my case I just had an MRI and CT scan of my brain because of the strange headaches I developed 8 months ago. My brain is completely normal. I also have no problem ever with brain function except for the recent headaches which don't really seem related to my past symptoms. I know you are sick of hearing this, but I really cannot imagine having your diagnosis of Lyme and not taking antibiotics given that your brain scan is still abnormal. I'm not talking IV antibiotics, but something like the minocycline and Zithromax - like the Roadback foundation. You could, of course, combine this with whatever you are currently doing. You could do this for the rest of your life and possibly function very well, even avoiding atherosclerosis and prostate problems, not to mention sciatica. It works for my husband who has Lyme but seems perfectly healthy. The Zithromax cured his sciatica. He's never had clear cut cfs symptoms but he has minor Lyme sypmtoms that respond to the antibiotics. Just a thought. a Carnes
Guest guest
Hi, a. <pj7@...> wrote: > > wrote: > > ***I have remaining inflammation in and around the right amygdala. > > This is consistent with my remaining symptoms and studies of CFS > > brains studies showing right side hypoperfusion and right side > > abnormal metabolism. > > PJ asks: > , how many years have you been sick? ***31 yrs. 20 yrs full blown CFIDS. The remaining issue appears dna viral and metal toxin related, abx use I've explored with the ones you mention and others years working with Stricker, Tufft/Swann and other names you wouldn't know(oh, the MP too, though only five months). ***RNA therapy may help with what I'm doing with Payne and my remaining brain issue. mRNA function goes down with all of us in different organs, this is something neither RenewPro or abx can help. ***Comprehensive approach is the word for PWCs, no more one note wonder protocols unless you only want a little improvement. ***

I wonder if you were exposed to mycoplasma incognitus early on. Can you give a more specific simple overview of exactly which antibiotics and how long? I am not asking this to be pesky. I just know, for instance, in my case I took 500 mg of Zithromax a day for a year before noting major improvement, and then I took it another year before I stopped having brain fog under stress. I cannot emphasize enough that antibiotics must be the right ones for the right length of time. We certainly do not have any clear idea of what antibiotic protocols will ultimately work, and it may well be that given the various infections there will not be one simple answer. PS You want me to ask the moms what antibiotics Yasko gave the autistic children? Seriously, I am just shaking my head. I am not lazy or stupid, or I wouldn't be alive today. I can write a small book on antibiotics used by Nicolson and dozens of others including the Pasteur Institute in France for mycoplasma. Why can't you give me a short list since you are the resident here who is following Yasko? You give me that list (please include the length of time for each antibiotic to be given and the combination) and I will send you a hundred research articles on mycoplasma or Lyme - how's that? All the best, a Carnes
