As an alternative, you can rotate Nutramedix Lyme herbs as Dr. C recommends. Use one herb straight for 12 days, take a 2-day break, and then switch to second herb straight for 12 days in a row, and so so....

Dr. C's instruction for rotating the herbs is attached here for your reference. Before we went to consult with him, we had already started Cumanda. The instruction was written to explain how to add in the second herb and start rotation.
