Guest guest
I sent this earlier and I don't see it. I will be seeing my doctor tomorrow and would like some input. My headache of 8 months went away on the penicillin. It did not go away on the diflucan but may have improved a bit. Also, I felt that I was herxing on the diflucan. Should I ask for more penicillin now or continue with the diflucan and then 2 weeks of penicillin? I was taking penicillin VK at 2000 mg a day. a
Guest guest
I was wondering whether your headache would go away on the diflucan, or whether the interpretation should be that it was the penicillin that got rid of it. If I were you, I would want the penicillin now, in hopes that it would have a similar result as before. I would at least want to find out. " Herxing " is always iffy. Diflucan made me feel worse too, but I don't know if it was herxing or some other effect. What dose of penicillin were you on? - Kate On Jan 26, 2007, at 2:31 AM, pjeanneus wrote: > I will be seeing my doctor tomorrow and would like some input. Guest guest
a If you read what you've told us- the meningitis type symptoms- the response to a drug that is highly usefull in meningitis and it's eradication part way of some of your complaints. I would take my arguement to your doctor and tell her that you are being INADEQUATELY TREATED FOR THE TYPE AND SEVERITY of your INFECTION.The Infection That they obviously can't or don't care to diagnose. Also you ain't in the ball park wherby you can afford escalation of the disease process, after so much good work in the past several years. You basically don't want to take a step forward followed by a step backward as bacteria don't allow this comfort. You've also got to stop chanting your past conquests on getting a lyme and mycoplasma diagnosis as your throwing off everyone trying to get you diagnosed correctly. Not that they often succeed unless your really lucky and got a good scan that leaves no doubt about the INFECTION everyoone is missing. So summing up get them to give you a decent therapy that suits your condition- which is like a chronic version of meningitis, more stupidly or suitably falling into the encephalitis class of problem. And they must listen to your arguements that your improvements are down to penicillin and possably the fungal agent. tony > > I sent this earlier and I don't see it. > > I will be seeing my doctor tomorrow and would like some input. Guest guest
p.s. your doc will probably be afraid of giving you on going antifungals. If you have time you can try to find some cases of people taking them long term, but the best thing you can do is have your liver tested monthly to keep her reassured that it's not doing any damage. My liver's fine, and so are a lot of people's after extended use. pennypjeanneus <pj7@...> wrote: I sent this earlier and I don't see it. Guest guest
Kate and , You asked exactly what I asked the doctor. I really, really want to take the penicillin because my head hurts 24/7 right now. I can't think and can hardly stand up. The doc thinks that if I just do the penicillin and it is borrelia I will be going around in circles - feel better while actually getting worse. Besides I ran a low grade fever the first week on diflucan BOTH TIMES NOW. I wonder what Tony or Barb or Nellie think???? a > > > If it were me, I'd say the resolution of the headache on penicillin > is golden information. Guest guest
There is plenty of evidence that this puts many molds and mildews under stress (from radio frequencies and fungicides for example). When these plants are under stress they produce more toxic compounds to defend themselves and that makes for less balance in the ecosystem which can give the more toxic forms a competitive advantage over time. I find that in areas without much wireless and fungicide use, the mold is much less irritating. Read about the mold that has thrived in the inside of the sarcophagus of the Chernobyl reactor. I think that molds can much easier to live with if they are not stressed and they are living in a balanced ecosystem so that no one variety gets the upper hand. Fiber optics is a much better solution over time, but unfortunately we are still left with some aggressive forms of mold to deal with today. How do nurture the more benign ones to balance things out? Guest guest
I think theres probably a few reasons why mold/by products can become more potent. global warming, chemicals put on crops, EMF, or even a indoor invironment where it's been growing and liveing for long periods of time. they are fighting to survive just like everthing else, thing is they may be mutateing faster than we are evolveing to be able to deal with them. I just read a article about global warming and how by 2040, it's believed that theres going to be alot more health issues because of water molds,algye,algue<spelling,bacterias,ect.. --- In , " urbanpinetrees3 " <urbanpinetrees3@...> wrote: > > There is plenty of evidence that this puts many molds and mildews under stress (from radio frequencies and fungicides for example). > > When these plants are under stress they produce more toxic compounds to defend themselves
