Guest guest
I have taken Nature's Way B 50 for about 20 years. When I developed the strange headache and vestibular nerve damage 8 months ago my endocrinologist decided to test my vitamin B levels to see if the nerve damage might be coming from too much B. My question here is not about the cause of the nerve damage, but rather why I should consider taking any form of B considering these lab results. The test were run at Labcorp on whole blood. B1 (thiamine) 88.8 normal range 25 - 75 B6 96.1 normal range 2 - 32.8 B12 863 normal range 211 - 911 Folic acid >20 normal > 5.4 Needless to say, I have stopped all B supplementation and try not to even eat foods supplemented with B. a Carnes
