Hi,

My name is Lynda. I subscribed to this list a few weeks back. I was

looking for other people who are going through the same struggles I am.

I am 32 and I never exercised before I started doing tae-bo three months

ago. I average 5 days a week. I usually rotate my workouts with

advanced and basic. I am more interested in losing inches than the

number on the scale. It has been slow in seeing a difference but I do

see some. I have gone from a size 12 to 10. Which is great. I would

just like to see a flat stomach which I have not had in 13 years. Oh,

and those inner thighs! talk about gross. I swear those areas will

never tighten up. I just got some free weights the other day to start

doing some upper body exercises. Mainly my arms. I am looking for a

video that shows proper form and exercises using the free weights.

Since I never have used them before the only one I could come up with is

the basic curls. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it.

Do you ever wonder why it takes so little time to put on weight but it

takes forever to get it off?

Anyway, I usually do not post. I have found I always get disappointed

joining a group and then something happens. Someone posts something and

then everyone is up in arms over nothing. I thing I have been lurking

long enough to tell that this group seems to be different. I enjoy

reading all your posts and I feel like I know all of you already.
