And here's a report of ICH that was undetectable by lumbar puncture

once iatrogenic Chiari had developed (due to LP shunting):

It's possible that you've spontaneously developed Chiari in the last

year, but as I said I don't think you actually have to have the

malformations to clog the foramen magnum.

I wonder what it would take to get that " intracranial pressure bolt

monitoring " they refer to, or what it even is.

Matt,

Again thanks for details. I know they haven't ruled it out, but one

step at at time. Optic nerve is okay, eyes okay. I see the neuro who

is the headache expert the first week of June - first apointment I

could get. I don't know why no one is willing to try Diamox on me.
