Guest guest
The absence of papilledema doesn't rule out ICH: http://tinyurl.com/ypzx6a http://tinyurl.com/2zg6ms http://tinyurl.com/24zlb4 And here's a report of ICH that was undetectable by lumbar puncture once iatrogenic Chiari had developed (due to LP shunting): http://tinyurl.com/2dz73h It's possible that you've spontaneously developed Chiari in the last year, but as I said I don't think you actually have to have the malformations to clog the foramen magnum. I wonder what it would take to get that " intracranial pressure bolt monitoring " they refer to, or what it even is. Guest guest
Matt, Again thanks for details. I know they haven't ruled it out, but one step at at time. Optic nerve is okay, eyes okay. I see the neuro who is the headache expert the first week of June - first apointment I could get. I don't know why no one is willing to try Diamox on me. a > > The absence of papilledema doesn't rule out ICH: > > http://tinyurl.com/ypzx6a > > http://tinyurl.com/2zg6ms > > http://tinyurl.com/24zlb4 > > > And here's a report of ICH that was undetectable by lumbar puncture > once iatrogenic Chiari had developed (due to LP shunting): > > http://tinyurl.com/2dz73h > > > It's possible that you've spontaneously developed Chiari in the last > year, but as I said I don't think you actually have to have the > malformations to clog the foramen magnum. > > I wonder what it would take to get that " intracranial pressure bolt > monitoring " they refer to, or what it even is. > > Matt > > > > > > > > > > I had my eyes examined today - all normal - no optic nerve > swelling > > or papilledema.
