Hi (and others who wrote off-group),

I created a folder in the Files section called Probiotics.

Unfortunately they upload in alphabetical order, not the order I'd

like you to read them in. Read the Why document first (last on the

list!). Most important probably is to listen to the formulator speak

about it so you can really understand how the bacteria work in the

body, why we get out of balance, etc.

Not all people need to take a probiotic daily once their guts are in

order again. This does involve removing mercury since mercury causes

mucous membrane damage and candida will never stay away for good until

that's dealt with. Taking the probiotic will keep it at bay though

and keep a person healthy. When stopped for a time (it took up to a

month in our case), then supplementation must start again. My

daughter got to the point where she would just take a spoonful once a

month and she'd stay symptom-free. When she got rid of mercury her

symptoms never came back (severe candida, extreme bowel and stomach

pain) and it's been over two years now.

I took her to one of Dr. Klinghardt's friends whose a dentist and he

does the same type of testing. She's mercury-free.
