I have fatigue all the time also. Yet, I do not, cannot get quality

sleep or much of it. If I sleep 3 hours at a stretch during the

night, it is good. I usually awaken at least 1-2 times each night

and stay awake anywhere from 15min to 2-3 hrs.

And, I cannot sleep during the day either. I am usually in too much

pain or discomfort in multiple parts of my body that can be in the

spine, head, hands, feet, legs, or shoulders.

That goes with sitting still during the daytime too. I have to keep

adjusting positions cause of pain somewhere.

I as well deal with fatigue on a daily basis. I was recently put on

Ambien to try and help me sleep I think the dose was 12.5 mg and it's

doing NOTHING so I have to bump up the dosage. Every day I have no

energy and it's really annoying. I was diagnosed with CFS with Fibro

at one time on top of the Chiari, so I am sure that has something to

do with it. If I don't get at least 8 hours of sleep I am nothing the

next day. Lately I have been lucky to get 5 or less, so you can

imagine how my days have been.

Fatigue is just one of those nasty symptoms that we have to deal with

when it comes to Chiari. I have come to accept this nasty

interruption in my life and I deal with it the best that I can. Some

days of course are better than others, but what can you do?

I don't know if this helps any, but at least you know your not alone

out there.

I think I am going to kill someone. The guy in the cubicle next to me,

in addition to having his all-day feast, is ripping up paper one piece

at a time, by hand. This hellish sound onslaught began at 9 AM and has

continued for the last five hours!! Help!!!!! These high-pitched

sounds make me the craziest of all.
