Guest guest
That is why 'Swiss therapy' has two camps 1)those physicians who advocate short-term antibiotics (45-day, etc.) 2)those that advocate long-term antibiotics. Thinking of Borrelia as quasispecies just as HIV-1 quasispecies, reinforces the long-term antibiotic approach, which apparently Burrascano was endorsing. If one could see the spirochete corckscrewing its way from cell to cell, as if swimming effortlessly throuhg the tissues, this may give some a clue as to why long-term makes sense, in spite of OSP mutations. A case of ocular herpes keratitis is documented as having re-emerged after two and one half decades. > > read the post from WILDCONDOR at the bottom -indicates that virus > went dormant only after the bacterial infection was under control- and > anti-virals did not work while bacterila infection was active. > > In AIDS- they STAY on minimum dose abx- along with the anti-virals. > > Barb > > > http://flash.lymenet.org/scripts/ultimatebb.cgi? > ubb=get_topic & f=1 & t=051064#000030 >
