Guest guest
Hi, Jane; this is Obie. When you say homeopathic, do you mean a specific class of products or do you mean, like, food grade ingredients, generally, please? The reason for my question is that I've wondered for some time if a list could go together to discuss food grade items and their use; not " weird " use but " practical " use. For instance, I make a pepper sauce in my kitchen from items I buy at the grocery store which has cleared all infection from my body. My Sister, though, cannot use this pepper sauce because it causes heart burn and reflux for her; too strong, she says. We need to find something else for people like her. And I'm not making any money with this, don't want to; just want to help others. Also, I think I want to concoct a potion to overcome internal yeast and mold; haven't gotten started on that yet. Back to you a moment, Obie. _____ From: DimethylSulfoxide-DMSO [mailto:DimethylSulfoxide-DMSO ] On Behalf Of Jane MacRoss Sent: Friday, January 25, 2008 1:09 AM To: DimethylSulfoxide-DMSO Subject: Re: The Voice Programmed Remedy Maker Mk2 No, my remedies all come from locally traditionally made homeopathic products. Guest guest
Homeopathy is a branch of alt. med. which was originated by a German in the 1800s - I have been using it since the 1960s. Popular in India because it is extremely cheap to produce. It will always fascinate me - what fascinates me most are some of the studies Leary did which I found in an old copy of Nature and Health which showed that the highly refined potentized remedies had differing molecular structures - meaning that although science declares that homeopathy is hocus pocus, there is scientific evidence to show that this is not so. It may not be appropriate to go into greater detail on this list but all I was saying is that as an adjunct to other therapies it can enhance them. There would be a heap of info on google if you want more detail. Cayenne - whose relatives you may have used in your pepper sauce - has been shown to work well with many complaints. Not feeding yeast is one of the best ways to kill it. Best, Jane RE: The Voice Programmed Remedy Maker Mk2 > Hi, Jane; this is Obie. Guest guest
The Emerging Science of Homeopathy: Complexity, Biodynamics and Nanopharmacology by Paolo Bellavite, MD and Signorini, MD Has details and discussion of current theories on the mechanism of action of homeopathic remedies. There are some studies, even double blind studies, some actually demonstrate that there is not a linear relationship between potency and response. It is a very interesting treatment of the topic. Guest guest
Homeopathy is a branch of medicine which people used regularly until I believe germs were recognized to carry disease. Then medical science tried to discover how to kill germs. Eventually homeopathy was crowded out by the killing germs meds. Homeopathy means: 'like kills like'. Homeopathy studies a system (human or other) to discover what's off and prescibes meds to put you back in true shape. Homeopathy considers germs opportunistic when something is " off " in the body. To study Homeopathy thourouly, would probably take as long as it takes to get through Medical School. I would definitely consider homeopathy if only there was a good homeopathic doctor in my vicinity. Unfortunately there is not. Humans are now accepting a quick fix, but germs are fighting back. Science is not able to keep up with germs these days as more and more of them can't be fixed by a germ killer. We've gotten completely off the homeopathic idea. May come back when antibiotics don't cure diseases an ymore. Margaret Park

Guest guest
Ms. Margaret, I make a gallon of the best anti-inflammatory I've ever use right in my own kitchen; buy the ingredients right in the produce department. It's equal to many anti-biotics; they take two weeks, this takes two weeks. It's food grade with no side effects; I proved it to my Doctor with blood work. Send a private address and I'll furnish it, no charge. Obie. _____ From: DimethylSulfoxide-DMSO [mailto:DimethylSulfoxide-DMSO ] On Behalf Of margpark@... Guest guest
I would also be interested in this recipe as I'm sure many others would be. Why not just post it? I just sprained my ankle 3 days ago. Have been using DMSO gel and a massager, ice the day after. Still some swelling and is quite stiff. Thanks, Pat mandy_coley wrote: Hello Obie... Guest guest
Okay, Mara, it's below. _______________________________________________________________ PAPPA OBIE'S PEPPER SAUCE An Internal Food Grade Anti-Inflammatory Extract In Blender, liquefy 1 Cup each: .. Horseradish Root .. Ginsing Root .. Onion .. Garlic .. Cayenne Pepper Powder ( hotter the better ) .. Fresh Peppers ( Jalapeno, Habanera ) with Apple Cider Vinegar made with Apples ( Bragg's or Heinz ) in blender till completely liquefied, (5 or 6 blends), strain with large metal strainer, put liquid into 1 Gallon glass jar, top with Apple Cider Vinegar from Apples, close lid, place in dark, cool location for 2 weeks, shaking once per day. After two weeks, pour residue through smaller strainer or loose cloth, place liquid equally in 4 quart jars, top with additional Apple Cider Vinegar, discard fiber. Return 3 quart jars to dark, cool location, 1 jar to cupboard for use. This is a vegetable extract that will not go bad for over a year. Upon first hint of infection, take 3/4th ounce in 6 oz water three, four, five times per day. Of course, being a food grade liquid, feel free to take more rather than less. Pappa Obie's Pepper Sauce a harmless, food-grade anti-inflammatory extract It actually works !
