,

How have you gone about restricting or avoiding flouride? I know it's in most

water

sources, and can't be filtered out very well, and it's also in high

concentrations in tea and

coffee -- probably because they're processed with flouridated water -- but how

in other

ways have you reduced your flouride exposure?

Thanks

Interestingly, my

metabolic stability and body temperature have improved since I have excluded

fluoride

from my diet as much as possible. Fluoride is a direct antagonist of iodide,

being more

reactive.

thyroid meds

again. The reason I had slacked off is because they always give me hyper

symptoms no

matter how small the dose. So I've been on a mere 30mg of armour for 3 days and

sure

enough last night woke up at 12:30 a.m. and was up until 4:30 a.m. What to do?

I'm going

to be more tired from a lack of sleep than a lack of thyroid hormone. The heart

palps and

hoarseness haven't even started yet, but that's next. The synthetic hormones are

even

worse than the natural Armour.

Melatonin didn't work, unfortunately, and I really don't want to take anything

too intense

or will stress my liver or become addictive, etc.

Thanks for your reply -- I'm curious, what is the brand of water that is

flouride-

free? And I'm assuming it's sold in bottles that don't leach plastic chemicals?

! :)

worst possible source of fluoride). I avoid it by drinking bottled water with

zero fluoride

( only 1 brands here guarantee fluoride free). I've given up drinking tea (up to

30 ppm

fluoride or so) and make my coffee with fluoride free water. Fluoride is also

absorbed

readily through the skin but I've so far not been able to avoid bathing or

showering :-).

I'm damned if I will waste the money on having them read til I find a competent

duc.
