Guest guest Posted August 2, 2007 Report Share Posted August 2, 2007 I just wanted to relate my DISAPPOINTING experience (to say the least) with ordering from herbalremedies.com. I placed an order for haritaki powder and caps on JULY 12TH. On my third phone call a week ago I was told my order would be shipped Monday, 2nd day air, for no extra charge. I went online to check the tracking info -- it hasn't even been shipped yet -- and in fact says it will be shipped in 4-7 business days. !!! And I can't get through to them on the phone.
