Guest guest
---Not much help here zoe, but lots of empathy...We had threats of neglect, high court etc when i wouldnt send j to the school named on his statement and the EWO turned up unannounced(v much a lea bod). But in P's case the lea's named school isn't in agreement with the lea regarding meeting his needs so can't see how they can accuse you of witholding P from school.Best to seek legal advice.
