Also, Dan, where do you buy your Terminalia chebula? This sounds promising as

well.

It's available in the ayurvedic herbal compound (and possibly seperately) called

Triphala.

It's also known as " harataki " . The other two fruits in the compound have their

own

benefits...

Kudos to the remarkable girl and her research not to mention her desire to

create a spray

delivery form. What an inspiration. I think I'll dissolve some and put it in my

nasal irrigator.

Yeah, she is amazing, guided by parents from the old country. I wonder how the

nasal

spray will work out. As I mentioned above, the crude herb is very

staining...when I held a

capsule in my mouth, my tongue was dark for 2 days...(and my lower teeth too!)
