Guest guest
I haven't tried inositol, but I have tried, with some degree of improvement, omega 3, magnesium, and cutting out caffeine. I think anything that reduces your overall stress is helpful, and caffeine definitely adds to my stress--or at least decreases my ability to handle it. Cutting back on ear plug use has been helpful too, though it can be difficult to do. I've been hoping, as are we all I think, for a magic pill that would suddenly free me of all noise sensitivity. Let us know how it goes with the inositol. I tried DMG for a while with no improvement. > > Anyone ever heard of Inositol? > > I have read that it will help calm the nerves, and I'm willing to try > anything.
