Guest guest
Hi Sharon, If you refer to Valkion manual, it did mention that " breathing activated air starts a detoxificatin process .... " . You can always back off a bit to ease the situation. For charcoal, I always give it together with Magnesim citrate to help bowel movement & give them right before my kid goes to bed and about 90 mins after his last supplements. Guest guest
fwiw if it is die off from valkion water you are seeing it may be worth giving charcoal about 30min to an hour AFTER the water (time it so that happens at bedtime). If you know he is ok with charcoal then it is ok to give more caps. natasa Sharon, I would give the charcoal right before bed on an empty stomach - help to bind during the night and might also help with sleeping if he gets crampy. When I started the water with the air I experienced cramping then MAJOR die off afterwards - DA suggested for me to do the charcoal but I had a back reaction to it (1 pill constipated me for 4 days)- so she had me do yucca instead. He could simply be having die off which can show up with bad behaviors --- think how you feel when you have bad cramps -- not a fun person to be around. After a week into the water - I began to have some normal healthy bowel movements I haven't had in years - Maybe think about bringing on some Green Clay that help our family a ton.
