Stretch mark rash

Can the stretch mark rash Bartonella rash appear around the collar of

the neck and chest? The lines are really thin, not like the pictures

seen on the internet. THey look like wrinkles but yet they are

smooth. He also has some livedo rash (inflamed veins looking like a

roadmap) going on. I have always associated this with oxalate issues

but could this be bacterial in nature. My primary concern is

Bartonella.

My son was just tested for Lyme but we have not gotten the results back

yet.
