Guest guest
With untreated/advanced Lyme I had many eye problems- one was the muscles that move the eyeball hurt- so it hurt to look up (or down - left or right). And it can affect one eye or both. I also had blocked sinuses- but they were swollen shut - so swollen that when the Doc put drops in my eyes, it'd take about 4 HOURS for them to drain down to my throat. This was also inflammation - Both these problems are gone now post therapy. Barb > > > I have alot of infections and also mold. Guest guest
Amy, I can relate to your problem. I went to PA to see the neuro- opthamologist. He said my eyes don't look like they have damage - no evidence of Lyme there. He then encouraged me to see an ENT to see if my eustacian tube was blocked etc. Trouble is, in years past when I see the ENT, even when I felt like my sinuses were infected, I was told they saw nothing. I hope you have better success than I. Basically I think we are stuck with just trying to get antibiotic treatment in hopes we will get lucky. I just started omnicef 4 days ago. I feel worse. I have no clue if this is good, bad, or nothing. I hate to be negative, but I have pretty much reached the point where I feel I will never be well. a Carnes > > > I have alot of infections and also mold. Guest guest
I'd suggest an eye doc. They'd be the most likely to have "seen" it all, when it comes to eye problems, including infections. One of these days you may catch a break, simply because treating one symptom can begin to address the greater problem. This was always one of Tony's most adamant positions. Go to the doc with ONE symptom, and throw a fit until they figure out what's causing it. It may only be the tip of the iceberg, but at least you'll be on the right iceberg. penny amydent9 <amydent9@...> wrote: I have alot of infections and also mold.
