Guest guest Posted January 5, 2008 Report Share Posted January 5, 2008 There's a pretty good review of NLRs (NOD-like receptors) in the new Plos Pathogens... or was it Plos Bio... I'm about 2/3 of the way thru it. Sounds like so many NLRs have been turned up in man, that they rival or exceed the TLRs in number. And most of them don't even have any ligands reported yet, which is amazing. Yet a few more NLR ligands are already on the books than I was aware of.
