That's not fair Penny. I cannot gain weight for the life of me...

I have lost weight (as have many others of course) and simply cannot manage to

gain

anything back, unless of course I eat chemically laden high fructose partially

hydrogenated

sugary " protein drinks " .

6'2 " and 153lbs. Maybe dealing with the pseudomonas and yeast will help turn

this

around. But just ran out of the probiotics.

p.s. I did FINALLY get the haritaki. I've taken it a few nights, but wonder if

it's drying out

my joints as my shoulder's been popping and " cracking " ever since...

Doc wants me to try castor oil packs...haven't succumbed yet, but will try

anything. Hope

your gallium is of some benefit...
