You don't need another body for it, only your own. Its not rocket

science, its very doable. You get the hang of it by practicing. Over

and over and over again till your fingers feel that are bending

backwards and your knuckle is twisted the other way. Okay I

exaggerate, but only a bit. It will come to you. It HAS to, for the

health of your child and family!
