Guest guest
If you're not extremely fatigued, a zero carb diet could definitely help because it helps starve the bugs. If your fatigue level is high however, I think some carbs are in order, just to remain at all functional. pennya Carnes <pj7@...> wrote: http://www.lowcarbnewsline.com/article.asp?colid=7816 I would be interested in opinions on this. I am thinking that if pregabalin makes me feel better and penicillin VK makes me feel better because they are lowering glutamate in my brain, then maybe a zero carb diet would also work. a Carnes
Guest guest
I'm still guessing at what is causing my headache. If Lyrica lowers glutamate levels as does penicillin, then a zero carb diet such as the ketogenic diet used to treat epileptic seizures might reduce my headache. I have about the same energy I have had since some level of recovery from cfs/Lyme disease. But I have no ability to exercise, think, or drive a car with a constant, unbearable headache. a > > If you're not extremely fatigued, a zero carb diet could definitely help because it helps starve the bugs.
