Guest guest
This is day 3 after my first dose of d-ribose that sent me into a herx. Today, my herx is gone and replaced with soreness. The soreness is between my bones and muscles. I remember reading pathogens like to live there, but there may be other or additional reasons this area is sore. It feels a lot like the aches one gets when one has a cold or flu. I have had this kind of pain before. I don't feel it's bad, but more like some type of healing phase. I have not taken any more d-ribose yet, but will either today or tomorrow, a smaller dose of course. Love and prayers, Heidi N > > > > > > > > What do you all think of D-ribose?
