Guest guest Posted November 30, 1999 Report Share Posted November 30, 1999 I just recalculated how many calories I should be eating and determined I should be eating 2,000 to 2,500 to lose weight and 3,000 to maintain daily I had been eating in the 1200 to 1800 range, averaging 1400 to 1500 and had increased my work-outs to 3-4 advanced work-outs & 3 basic work-outs a week, many times doing 2 Basics back-to-back for an hour work-out 6 days a week. I was getting frustrated that I wasn't losing weight and if anything actually gained 2 pounds!!! Here I was building muscle and slowing my metabolism down cuz not eating enough ?
