CFS immunopathogenesis theory vs nonresponse to anti-inflammatories

I have mentioned this paradox/difficulty in the past. Via CFSexp,

here's a letter suggesting that anti-TNFa therapies be tried in CFS.

As I've mentioned, I don't know of any relevant case reports of these

substances being used for CFS, and these guys don't seem to either. I

also have no such info re chronic depression, the other great " is it

immunologic / or isn't it " disease.
