Guest guest
I've used coconut oil on and in my body now for several years. Like honey, it doesn't support bacterial growth and doesn't need to be refridgerated - and appears to last pretty much forever- along with it's wonderful properties.. I can't take it by just popping it in my mouth though- texture is too oily.. I have to put it on toast. It's a staple now though. Barb REFERENCE: Roy- if you didn't write this I apologize.. hard to keep track for copied posts.. Barb got me curious about virgin coconut oil, and I tried less than 1 teaspoon last summer. It took several days for the extra effects like fatigue and brain fog to wear off, but it was delicious. :-) I reacted
