Guest guest
I think I stumbled onto a solution for applying the gallium. I was buying one of those paint touch-up applicators, which is a small plastic bottle with a sponge tip applicator and a screw on lid to keep the paint from drying out. You're supposed to use it when you need to touch up scuffs and such, rather than having to open an entire paint can. I bought it for my house, then realized what I had in my hand once I got it home! I think this is going to work. I'm glad as the gallium really seems to have helped my shoulder a lot, but I think a few more applications would be beneficial. I also want to try it on my ankles, and the tendons in my wrists, see if there's any improvement. penny
