Guest guest
Hi, Is it considered a proven fact that higher flexibility correlates to a higher vertical jump? I couldn't find good studies supporting this, but plenty of assumptions that it's true. I found lots of studies attempting to determine what effect stretching just prior to vertical jump tests had, but I don't care about that. I want to know if a sustained program of flexibility improves jumping performance. Also, where should I be looking for studies? I used scholar.google.com. I would have access to a community college computer system. Would it likely have more privileges/wider resources? Terry Ventura, CA
