However, in this case, and probably Penny's, the dental OM was present first. After that, the sinus problems started. My suspicion, is that one could have initiated the other. The OM was on my right side, and the larger sinus cyst is on the left. However, there is a smaller cyst on the right. So, defintely could have spread from side to side.
