Guest guest
Well I’ve had a number of heavy metal toxicity screens, hair tests 3x, blood test (redblood cell elements) and urine and provocated urine. All come back with mercury 5-8 times normal….My liver function labwork wise is good. I had elevated liver enzymes for many years; now normal. I don’t know if I had a specific holistic test for liver function over time. The heavy metal screens have stayed very high despite never ever having a filling or cavity in my life, no immunizations, etc….and no known active access to new mercury….but rural as I may be, I suppose you never know. It's all intertwined. Liver function can diminish with heavy metal toxicity, which can further impair your ability to metabolise the mercury. Actually, a large part of the holistic detox treatment is to improve liver function. Also, you can have a heavy metal tox screen done, which will show how much free floating mercury is currently in your body. Unfortunately, it will not show what mercury is still sequestered in organs and tissue, but it will give you an idea of how toxic your levels are at the moment. ~Jimmy -- In infections , Penny Houle <pennyhoule@...> wrote: > > I think Jimmy's probably right. Guest guest
I never had an amalgam or any other type of filling in my teeth. No cavities ever and no vaccinations either….. I’ve tried all the herbals, natural detox, chelation therapy etc. I’ve been on zeolite. I’ve done EDTA IV, DMSA using cutler method with very small doses, DMSO, cholera and so on…I have massive Neuro ICU type reactions when I try and detox in the slightest most mildest form…. Cutler has a great protocol with a detailed list of vitamins many dependent on ALA and/or NAC over time…Both of those specifically put me in hospital. I’ve been working with holistic docs on this problem for 6 years now and they say I’m the most confusing case they’ve ever seen…..okay so then what do I do???? This could be a contributor as well as your environmental exposures in the past. Have you considered herbals and natural detox, versus chelation therapy? I came down with acute mercury toxicity 3 years ago, due to the amalgams, and indulging in too much fish, in my own ignorance. I did not want to do chelation therapy, as the long term effects can be pretty significant. So, I did herbals, and various vitamin/substrates, and had much success. Today, like you, I still have some lingering health problems, but the toxocity has much improved, as the acute symptoms seemed to have dissipated. If you haven't tried the holistic route, then I strongly suggest exploring the option. Let me know if you would like the info, and I will post it for you. ~Jimmy > > > > I believe strongly that I have a detox pathway problem leading to why I get > so sick when any chelation is done/ As a child, I grew up directly next > door and down the river about 200 feet from a mercury mine.
