After only a month, it shouldn't take you more than a week or two. After

ten years, it took me about 6 months. And " regular " for me is still going

to bed at 1am, and getting up around 9am, mainly because I still have to

work till 3am on every other weekend. Sleeping 1a-9a works best for both my

worlds I guess.

If I'm off long enough though, I will go to bed around 11pm and get up

around 7 or 8am.
