Guest guest
Just had a question about the nutritional benefits of stock make with cooked bones vs. raw bones. Should I only be using raw bones to get the maximum amount of minerals from the stock? I've been using cooked bones and it dawned on me that NT says to use raw, so I figured there is probably a reason why..... Becky
