Guest guest Posted April 5, 2006 Report Share Posted April 5, 2006 Last week Jay mentioned that he had started using My Food Diary, and that got the group started discussing several of the diet/fitness groups. I decided to give the free Fit Day a try, and was having trouble " finding " the foods I was eating. I think it was Beverly and also who chipped in, and then suggested SparkPeople. You were all right. It is getting easier, but the nutritional info look- up at SparkPeople seems to be much better, so I'm doing a lot of copy/pasting from one site to the other. I was surprised to learn that my calorie intake is really rather low, but that's probably because my only restaurant food in the past week was a fish sandwich and my regular Friday night pasta.
