Last week Jay mentioned that he had started using My Food Diary, and

that got the group started discussing several of the diet/fitness

groups. I decided to give the free Fit Day a try, and was having

trouble " finding " the foods I was eating. I think it was Beverly and

also who chipped in, and then suggested SparkPeople.

You were all right. It is getting easier, but the nutritional info look-

up at SparkPeople seems to be much better, so I'm doing a lot of

copy/pasting from one site to the other. I was surprised to learn that

my calorie intake is really rather low, but that's probably because my

only restaurant food in the past week was a fish sandwich and my

regular Friday night pasta. I eat pretty simply at home. It'll be a

different story when I hit Texas Road House!!
