Zinc and l-carnosine complex helps GI inflammation

I have been reading about this supplement (not sure if it is rx only), called pronaprezinc – it is Japanese, combo of zinc and l-carnosine, quite a few studies done on it showing excellent antiinflam and antioxidant properties, especially in GASTRO tract... Stomach, colon ect, also liver studies...

Have tried googling it, seems it is not available in the States, no mention of the UK.

Has anyone heard of it, any DAN! Mentioned it ever??
