Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I don't know if I asked already, but has anyone used DMSO on a wrist that has a bacteria one a bone? Am I taking too much of a risk? Should I use antibiotics? I just applied DMSO 70% DMSO 30% Aloe to my dogs wrist with CS 1100ppm. I pray this does something because I want to avoid antibiotics. She has been taking the CS for about 2 weeks and I haven't seen improvement in her wrist. It seems that the CS has to be directly applied to the infection. Her infection is NOT on the surface. There is no wound. She acquired this at the vet hospital in July. Its is the site where they had an IV. So there was no scab or wound. It is all internal. My holistic vet warned me against the use of DMSO so I have held off. But now she and another vet are saying I have to put my dog on a high dose of antibiotics for at least a month. My dog already has a compromised immune system and I am afraid the antibiotics will make it worse. Especially because she would have to be on them for a month. This is how I applied the DMSO & CS to her wrist. Please correct me if I should do it differently. I wiped the area with a natural sanitizing wipe. I put CS 1100ppm on the area. I then applied the DMSO over the CS, then I put more CS over the DMSO. I let it air dry for a couple minutes then put wax paper over it then a sock so she couldn't lick it. Thank you, Brigitte
