I apply 50% dmso to my shoulders and knees followed by castor oil and it has a

great anti-inflammatory effect. I have been using it for 2 months and have

noticed only positive effects. DMSO does not physically mix well with oils

because of its nature. I have been using dmso in various forms for 4 years.

Hi Russ, ?? what do you mix the dmso with CS to the 50%, this is a

great idea and I was planning on using castor oil with my heat wrap

this evening but happy to also try it your way to see how this helps

my neck and shoulder. Thanks Donna, Pa.
