Vitamin D deficiency in TNI

Good Morning Dr. Leichtman ,

As I understand TNI is currently lacking in the sufficient amount of

Vit D. What dosage would you recommend for a 6 mo old weighing 14lbs

and in what form should it be added to the TNI until the product is

adjusted.
