Guest guest
Rich Van K posted some info at on Cipro/flouro's and papers that show that they deplete glutathione, and that's possibly part of what causes the ruptures. I probably need his permission to repost his message here, but if you go to , it's message # #124076. Personally, I wouldn't touch 'em with a ten foot pole, but everyone has to make their own choices. I would like to point out however that one needn't be athletic at all to suffer sudden, spontaneous tendon ruptures. I've read reports of people having rupture problems just getting up from a chair. But maybe -- maybe -- glutathione would help? Guest guest
I understand we all have our different paths, and choices. I guess I'm just so sick of being as sick and disabled as I am, that if I ruptured a tendon in my knee or foot or anywhere, I'd be so much more disabled...that that wouldn't hypothetically be " living " to me. I'd rather be at peace. Maybe I've been oversensitized to the horror stories, so I reserve the right to change my mind, but for right now, I have " no cipro-related abx " written on my medicaid card. d. > > From: kdrbrill <kdrbrill@...> > Subject: [infections] Re: Cipro/flouroquinolone drugs deplete glutathione... > infections > Date: Saturday, July 19, 2008, 10:25 AM > > > > > > > Rich Van K posted some info at on Cipro/flouro' s and papers that > show that they deplete glutathione, and that's possibly part of what causes the ruptures. > > I probably need his permission to repost his message here, but if you go to > , it's message # #124076. > > Personally, I wouldn't touch 'em with a ten foot pole, but everyone has to make their own > choices.
