Hey thanks Jimmy for your feedback/advice!

Turns out next Monday is just an 'examination' -- a two hour examination. I

thought the

'screening' already covered this, but no. I'm having this done at a dental

hygenist clinic

(one goes where one can afford!) -- and they're extremely careful and exacting

when it

comes to checking every little nook and cranny (and pocket) even before they

start the

cleaning. So this examination will be a thorough version of the screening. !!!

Thanks for the tip on the mouthwash -- they did give me some of that, and within

just a

few days, my teeth, at least some of them DID start turning darker...so I

switched to using

it 3 times a week, but will try diluting it and see what happens. I don't need

black teeth!

I've also heard -- from a dentist -- that hydrogen peroxide mixed with baking

soda can

also help...so have tried that a couple of times. It's rinsed out within a

couple minutes...

Any other suggestions from anyone for toughening and/or strengthening up the

gums

would be much appreciated.

thanks,

Dan
