Guest guest
Hi Amy, Well, I am not familiar with the other items mentioned, but I can help with the Mercury toxicity. When I came down with amalgam sickness, I did a lot of research on detox protocols + diet. As far as diet, the first obvious factor is to eliminate fish. Garlic and cilantro are quite beneficial, which can be added to the diet liberally. Garlic contains sulfur, which is a powerful chelator of heavy metals. Cilantro mobilises Mercury from the central nervous system, and into the systemic circulation, so that the body can better metabolise and eliminate it. Generous amounts of protein in the diet are necessary for the body to help manufacture the appropriate substrates and enzymes necessary to metabolise mercury in the liver. Eggs are an excellent source, as they also contain sulfur, which chelates mercury. Hope this can help.
